Hospital Care for Children

New York has a plethora of options when it comes to pediatric care. A specialized children’s hospital must consistently see a certain number of pediatric patients, have equipment and services that are age and size appropriate for children, and employ healthcare providers trained to provide specialty care to children. One of these trainings is Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

Pediatric Advanced Life Support training is available through the AHA.
